Gracie's Event Company: vintage frame photo station

If you think from reading all of our wedding posts that we always end up with fabulous couples.... you would be correct! We are so blessed to work with such fun and interesting weddings. This wedding was no different. It was our first time to work at the lovely Doss Heritage and Culture Center in Weatherford, Texas. The staff was more than accommodating and did everything they could to assist us in creating the perfect reception layout for our wonderful couple. The Bride wanted a seated dinner for the guests and had her heart set on one long table for most of the guests. We couldn't be happier about her choices. They suited the facility perfectly and made for a wonderful atmosphere for her guests. Check out our photos of this perfect Texas wedding...

Vintage lounge seating area outside. As the sun set this area became so beautiful!!

This girl loves candy... a lot! The candy bar was a must and it featured all of her favorites.

All of this was following a fabulous church ceremony

Could there be a more beautiful cake?

Fabulous Bride and Groom in the frame wall photo booth

Delicious coffee bar... perfect for this unusually cold March evening!

So blessed to bring these two beauties to all of our events...

Another priceless wedding night! Congratulations to Joshua and Taylor!

We are privileged to work with such wonderful familes!

We were so blessed to participate in this fun surprise party for a Sweet 16 year old! Her mom is quite the event designer on her own... so many great ideas! It was such fun to put our heads together and dream up something fabulous for the birthday girl. She was so shocked and excited to see her friends and family together at the spectacular downtown rooftop venue.

_______SWEET SHOPPE______ This event story was probably our hardest to write! There are so many fabulous pictures of all our fun party elements that it was hard to pair them down. It might be long, but we wanted to show them all off! We started off with a fabulous four tiered cake and a sweet shoppe full of candy a other confections. We show cased the yummy cake balls and cupcakes in the spectacular shadowbox displays. A custom neon sign with the Birthday girl's name was the backdrop and focal point for our sweet shoppe.

We had some traditional seating but also spectacular lounge seating areas with fun pillows. We tried to think of every detail including a basket of throws for any quest who might be chilly and tower heaters with 4 foot shooting flames!!

Beautiful view of the lit up Tarrant County Courthouse...

PHOTOBOOTH ROW

We wanted to keep things moving and fun for our party guests so we decided to take the traditional party photo booth to the next level. Photobooth Row featured five unique photo backdrops with one huge prop station for all the photo stations. The guests loved our stations... photos turned out to be so much fun! We had a photographer at each station and also had party guests snapping shots on their phones.
